Frequently asked questions
How long do solar panels last?+
Quality panels carry a 25-year performance warranty and often produce power for 30 years or more.
Can a solar pump work on cloudy days?+
Yes, at reduced output. Systems are sized with storage tanks so you have water through cloudy periods; a generator or grid backup can be added.
Which is better: GI or HDPE riser pipes?+
GI is stronger for deep, heavy pumps; HDPE is lighter and rust-free. We advise based on depth and water quality.
Do you install outside Nairobi?+
Yes — we deliver and install countrywide, including remote and arid areas.
What warranty do I get?+
Manufacturer warranty on all products plus our own workmanship warranty on installations.
How do I pay?+
M-Pesa, bank transfer or LPO for institutions. Terms are shown on your quotation.
